About
I'm Good with My Hands
Many times growing up I heard you are "good with your hands", and it was true, I was. I was building and creating flying model planes at a level higher than others my age could do, and better than most adults. I never showed quite the same aptitude thou, for academics, just getting by with writing and arithmetic and certainly never receiving praise for skills in these areas. As a young man, this was interpreted as: "you're not smart". Today I my understanding of "being good with your hands" means being: problem solving, industrious, practical, capable and creative.
Photography and my other passions provide me with the opportunity to exercise and continually improve my ability to be " good with your hands ". Expanding my knowledge, building expertise, exploring new landscapes and expressing my creative abilities help keep life interesting.
